s1 2 s4 Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment No. 245, 2003 Regulation (No. 3) 2003 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2003 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Insertion of new s 4A After section 4— insert — ‘4A Dedication and naming of national parks (recovery) ‘Each of the areas of State land described in schedule 2A, column 2, is— (a) dedicated as a national park (recovery); and (b) assigned the name set out opposite it in the schedule, column 1.’. 4 Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) (1) Schedule 2— insert— ‘Kinrara National Park Lot 159 on plan NPW886 situated in the County of Gunnawarra, containing an area of about 7 580 ha Nairana National Park Lot 47 on plan NPW868 Sh 1 situated in the County of Bell, containing an area of about 9 520 ha’.
