s1 2 s4 Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment No. 373, 2002 Regulation (No. 3) 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Good Night Scrub National Park’— omit, insert — ‘Good Night Scrub National Park Lot 110 on plan NPW883 situated in the County of Bowen, containing an area of about 6 670 ha’. 4 Amendment of sch 4 (Resources reserves) Schedule 4, entry for ‘Good Night Scrub Resources Reserve’— omit.
