s1 2 s3 Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment No. 157, 2001 Regulation (No. 3) 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) (1) Schedule 2, entries for ‘Deepwater National Park’, ‘Edmund Kennedy National Park’, ‘Eurimbula National Park’, ‘Mount Coolum National Park’, ‘Noosa National Park’ and ‘Triunia National Park’— omit. (2) Schedule 2— insert— ‘Deepwater National Park Edmund Kennedy National Park Eurimbula National Park Mount Coolum National Park Lot 153 of plan NPW866 situated in the County of Flinders, containing an area of about 4 730 ha Lot 34 on plan NPW694 situated in the County of Cardwell, containing an area of about 10 200 ha Lot 35 on plan NPW865 situated in the County of Flinders, containing an area of about 14 000 ha Lot 154 on plan NPW867 situated in the County of Canning, containing an area of about 367.24 ha
