This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Insertion of new pt 6 3. After section 13— insert— ‘ PART 6—REVOCATION OF PARTS OF PROTECTED AREAS ˙ ‘ Revocation of dedication of parts of protected areas ‘ 14. The dedication of each of the protected areas named in schedule 7, column 1 is revoked, in part, to the extent of the areas of land described opposite in schedule 7, column 2. ˙ ‘ Expiry of part and sch 7 ‘ 15. This part and schedule 7 expire the day after they commence.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) 4.(1) Schedule 2, entries for Chillagoe–Mungana Caves National Park, Eudlo Creek National Park, Forty Mile Scrub National Park, Lumholtz National Park, Mooloolah River National Park and Noosa National Park— omit.
