This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1996 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of sch 3 (Conservation parks) 3.(1) Schedule 3, entry for ‘Combo Conservation Park’— omit, insert — ‘Combo Conservation Park 1 Lot 12 on plan CP887443 situated in the County of Kynuna, containing an area of 26.18 ha Combo Conservation Park 2 Lot 10 on plan CP892841 situated in the County of Kynuna, containing an area of 22.76 ha’. (2) Schedule 3, entry for ‘Maroochy River Conservation Park’— omit, insert — ‘Maroochy River Conservation Park Lot 509 on plan NPW562 situated in the County of Canning, containing an area of about 173 ha’. (3) Schedule 3— insert — ‘Bullock Creek Conservation Park Lot 3 on plan RP132579 situated in the County of Canning, containing an area of 54.4345 ha’.
