This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 3) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of Sch 2 (National Parks) 3.(1) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Fitzroy Island National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Fitzroy Island National Park (formerly National Park 1720 County of Nares) Lot 1720 on plan NPW516 situated in the County of Nares, containing an area of about 289ha’. (2) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Poona National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Poona National Park (formerly National Park 1767 County of March) Lot 1767 on plan NPW515 situated in the County of March, containing an area of about 4 230ha’.
