Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) (1) Schedule 2, entries for Iron Range National Park, Lakefield National Park, Mitchell–Alice Rivers National Park and Mungkan Kandju National Park— omit. (2) Schedule 2— insert— ‘Iron Range National Park Lakefield National Park Lot 46 on plan NPW712 and lot 1 on AP16316, other than the parts within lots 1 to 4 on plan AP20252 and lot A on AP3164, situated in the County of Weymouth, containing an area of about 45394.67ha Lot 10 on plan NPW626, other than the parts within lots 1 to 16 on AP14313 and lot 17 on SP171831, situated in the counties of Banks, Hann, Mosman and Warner, containing an area of about 542235.84ha Page 2 2011 SL No. 36
