s1 2 s4 Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment No. 235, 2006 Regulation (No. 2) 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2006 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) Schedule 2— insert— ‘Annan River (Yuku Baja-Muliku) National Park Lot 12 on AP14378 and lot 10 on AP14384 situated in the County of Banks, containing an area of about 8830ha’. 4 Amendment of sch 4 (Resources reserves) Schedule 4— insert— ‘Annan River (Yuku Lots 14 to16 on AP14378 Baja-Muliku) Resources and lot 11 on AP14384 Reserve situated in the County of Banks, containing an area of about 2281.92ha’.
