s1 2 s4 Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment No. 198, 2004 Regulation (No. 2) 2004 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2004 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) Schedule 2, entry for Byfield National Park— omit, insert — ‘Byfield National Park Lot 130 on plan NPW811 situated in the County of Palmerston, containing an area of about 14 645 ha’. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Conservation parks) (1) Schedule 3, entry for Five Rocks Conservation Park— omit . (2) Schedule 3— insert — ‘Byfield Conservation Park Lot 545 on plan NPW812 situated in the County of Palmerston, containing an area of about 89 ha’.
