This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of Sch 2 (National Parks) 3. Schedule 2, entry for Hann Tableland National Park— omit, insert— ‘Hann Tableland National Park (formerly National Park 1252, County of Dagmar) Lot 1252 on plan NPW508 situated in the Counties of Dagmar and Hodgkinson, containing an area of about 6 860 ha’. ˙ Amendment of Sch 3 (Conservation Parks) 4.(1) Schedule 3— insert— ‘Combo Conservation Park Lot 12 on plan DP887443 situated in the County of Kynuna, containing an area of 26.18 ha’. (2) Schedule 3— insert— ‘Ipswich Pteropus Conservation Park Lot 2 on plan CP885800 situated in the County of Stanley, containing an area of 1.792 ha’.
