This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 14) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of sch 1 (National parks (scientific)) 3.(1) Schedule 1, entry for ‘Capricornia Cays National Park (Scientific)’— omit, insert — ‘Capricornia Cays National Park (Scientific) Lot 439 on plan NPW547 situated in the County of Flinders, containing an area of about 38.3 ha.’ (2) Schedule 1, entry for ‘Keppel Bay Islands NP (Scientific)’— omit, insert — ‘Keppel Bay Islands National Park (Scientific) Lot 440 on plan NPW549 situated in the County of Livingstone, containing an area of about 104 ha’. ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) 4. Schedule 2, entry for ‘Lumholtz National Park’— omit, insert — ‘Lumholtz National Park Lot 18 on plan NPW529 situated in the Counties of Cardwell and Wairuna, containing an area of about 140 000 ha.’
