This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 13) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (National Parks) 3.(1) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Forty Mile Scrub National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Forty Mile Scrub National Park Lot 33 on plan NPW537 situated in the County of Tate, containing an area of about 6 280 ha’. (2) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Newry Islands National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Newry Islands National Park Lot 401 on plan NPW539 situated in the County of Carlisle, containing an area of about 464 ha’. (3) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Russell River National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Russell River National Park Lot 109 on plan NPW540 situated in the County of Nares, containing an area of about 4 100 ha’.
