This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 11) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (National Parks) 3. Schedule 2, entry for ‘Endeavour River National Park’— omit, insert— ‘Endeavour River National Park Lot 206 on plan NPW530 situated in the County of Banks, containing an area of about 2 170 ha’. ˙ Amendment of sch 3 (Conservation Parks) 4.(1) Schedule 3, entry for ‘Townsville Town Common Conservation Park’— omit, insert— ‘Townsville Town Conservation Park Common Lot 505 on plan NPW534 situated in the County of Elphinstone, containing an area of about 3 250 ha’. (2) Schedule 3— insert— ‘Fleay’s Wildlife Conservation Park Park Lot 503 on plan NPW533 situated in the County of Ward, containing an area of 7.4488 ha’.
