Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2015 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2015 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) (1) Schedule 2, entries for Blackbraes National Park and Currawinya National Park— omit. (2) Schedule 2— insert — Blackbraes National Park Lot 38 on plan NPW961 and lot 1 on AP19369 situated in the counties of Chudleigh and Lyndhurst, containing an area of about 51,440ha Currawinya National Park Lot 23 on plan NPW450, lot 1 on SP207172, lot 2 on SP271973 and lots 1, 8 and 9 on AP19376 situated in the counties of Numalla, Wellington and Wyara, containing an area of about 305,929.215ha 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Regional parks) (1) Schedule 3, part 1, entry for Maroochy River Regional Park— omit . (2) Schedule 3, part 1— Page 2 2015 SL No. 37
