Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) Schedule 2, entry for Mungkan Kandju National Park— omit. 4 Amendment of sch 2AA (National parks (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal land)) Schedule 2AA— insert— ‘Oyala Thumotang National Park (Cape York Peninsula Aboriginal Land) Lot 1 on SP241397 and lot 23 on SP241398 situated in the counties of Archer, Coen and Sidmouth, containing an area of 381560ha’. 5 Amendment of sch 4 (Resources reserves) Schedule 4— insert— ‘Oyala Thumotang Resources Reserve Lots 25 and 26 on SP241398 situated in the County of Archer, containing an area of 53.61ha’.
