Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2011 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) (1) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Blue Lake National Park’— omit . (2) Schedule 2— insert — ‘Naree Budjong Djara (North Lot 1 on plan NPW1120 situated in Stradbroke Island) National Park the County of Stanley, containing an area of about 5240ha’.
