s1 2 s4 Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment No. 106, 2002 Regulation (No. 1) 2002 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2002 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 3 Amendment of ss 3–6 Sections 3 to 6, ‘Crown land’— omit, insert — ‘State land’. 4 Amendment of sch 3 (Conservation parks) Schedule 3— insert— ‘Bukkulla Conservation Park Lot 1 on RP897983 situated in the County of Murchison, containing an area of 1 813 ha’.
