This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of Sch 2 (National Parks) 3.(1) Schedule 2, entry for ‘Burrum Coast National Park’— omit, insert — ‘Burrum Coast National Park (formerly National Parks 914, 1001 and 1383, County of Cook) Lot 914 on plan NPW506, lot 1001 on plan NPW134 and lot 1383 on plan NPW487 situated in the County of Cook, containing an area of about 21 900 ha’. (2) Schedule 2— insert— ‘Tregole National Park Lot 239 on plan NPW507 situated in the Counties of Orrery and Ross containing an area of 7579.207 ha’. ˙ Amendment of Sch 3 (Conservation Parks) 4. Schedule 3— insert— ‘White Blow Conservation Park (formerly Environmental Park 247 County of Ravenswood) Lot 19 on plan GS1001 situated in the County of Ravenswood containing an area of 1.96 ha’.
