I make the following order under section 30(1) of the Nature Conservation Act 2002 .7 December 2017

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Amendment Order 2017 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Order 2004 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4The amendments effected by this clause have been incorporated into the authorised version of the Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Order 2004 .
