Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Amendment Order 2011

I make the following order under section 30(1) of the Nature Conservation Act 2002 .19 April 2011

1Short titleThis order may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Amendment Order 2011 . 2CommencementThis order takes effect on the day on which its making is notified in the Gazette. 3Principal OrderIn this order, the Nature Conservation (Open Seasons) Order 2004 is referred to as the Principal Order. 4Clause 7 amended (Open season for brown quail) Clause 7 of the Principal Order is amended as follows: (a) by omitting from subclause (2) "The" and substituting "Subject to subclause (3) , the"; (b) by inserting the following subclause after subclause (2) : (3)  During 2011 and 2012, the open season for brown quail applies to all of the State.
