This notice may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Macropod Harvest Period) Amendment Notice (No. 5) 1995 . ˙ Notice amended 2. This notice amends the Nature Conservation (Macropod Harvest Period) Notice 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 3 (Harvest period for eastern grey kangaroo) 3. Section 3(2)— omit, insert — ‘ (2) A harvest period for the eastern grey kangaroo starts on 19 December 1994 and ends at midday on 10 November 1995.’. ENDNOTES 1.
