This notice may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Macropod Harvest Period) Amendment Notice (No. 2) 1995 . ˙ Notice amended 2. This notice amends the Nature Conservation (Macropod Harvest Period) Notice 1994 . ˙ Replacement of s 2 (Harvest period for eastern grey kangaroo, wallaroo and whiptail wallaby) 3. Section 2— omit, insert— ˙ ‘ Harvest period for eastern grey kangaroo and whiptail wallaby ‘ 2.(1) This section applies to the following macropods— (a) eastern grey kangaroo ( Macropus giganteus ); (b) whiptail wallaby ( Macropus parryi ). ‘ (2) A harvest period for the macropods starts on 19 December 1994 and ends on 31 December 1995. ‘ (3) The harvest period applies only in the local government areas specified for the macropods in the schedule. ˙ ‘ Harvest period for wallaroo ‘ 2A.(1) This section applies to the wallaroo ( Macropus robustus ). ‘ (2) A harvest period for the wallaroo starts on 19 December 1994 and ends at midday on 19 July 1995. ‘ (3) The harvest period applies only in the local government areas specified for the wallaroo in the schedule.’.
