s1 2 s4 Nature Conservation (Macropod Harvest Period 2007) No. 347, 2007 Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2007 1 Short title This notice may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Macropod Harvest Period 2007) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Notice amended This notice amends the Nature Conservation (Macropod Harvest Period 2007) Notice 2006. 3 Amendment of s 5 (Harvest period for harvest macropods) Section 5, heading, ‘Harvest’— omit, insert— ‘ General harvest ’. 4 Insertion of new s 5A After section 5— insert— ‘5A Additional harvest periods ‘(1) Further harvest periods for the following harvest macropods start on 24 December 2007 and end at the end of 31 December 2007— (a) eastern grey kangaroos, for their central region under schedule 2, part 1; (b) wallaroos, for their central region under schedule 2, part 3. ‘(2) Subsection (1) applies despite the ending of the harvest period for the harvest macropods under section 5(1) before 24 December 2007.’.
