s1 2 s4 Nature Conservation Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2006 No. 117, 2006 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 2) 2006 . 2 Purpose of regulation (1) The purpose of this regulation is to revoke the dedication of the forest reserves mentioned in section 4 (each a revoked forest reserve area ) to allow the forest reserves to become protected areas. (2) Each revoked forest reserve area is dedicated as a protected area, or part of a protected area, under part 3. Part 4 Expiry 10 Expiry This regulation expires at the beginning of the day after it commences.
