Part 2 Amendment of Nature Conservation (Forest Reserves) Regulation 2000 2 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Nature Conservation (Forest Reserves)Regulation 2000. 3 Amendment of schedule (Forest reserves) Schedule, entry for Nour Nour Forest Reserve— omit, insert— ‘Nour Nour Forest Reserve Lot 57 on AP14617 situated in the County of Yarrol, containing an area of about 5054ha’. Part 3 Amendment of Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 4 Regulation amended in pt 3 This part amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994.

(2) Schedule 2— insert— ‘Crater Lakes National Park Expedition (Limited Depth) National Park Grey Peaks National Park Noosa National Park Lot 398 on plan NPW 346 and lot 202 on plan NPW175, other than the part within the area shown and described on plan R11-270LA as area required from lot 202 on plan NPW175 and the parts within the area shown and described on drawing CNS05/048(A) as road to be opened, situated in the County of Nares, containing an area of about 958ha Lot 27 on plan NPW826 situated in the counties of Aberdeen, Tingarra and Westgrove, containing an area of about 109945ha and to a depth of 250m below the surface of the land Lot 1391 on plan NPW373, lot 19 on SP154461, lot 2 on RP722816, and lot 2 on SP178692 situated in the County of Nares, containing an area of about 1083ha Lot 147 on plan NPW889, other than lot 11 on SP161940 as area to be excised from lot 147 on NPW889, situated in the counties of Canning and March, containing an area of about 2871ha’.
