s1 2 s4 Nature Conservation Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 No. 204, 2007 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 . 2 Purpose of regulation (1) The purpose of this regulation is to revoke the dedication of the whole of the forest reserves mentioned in section 4 to allow the forest reserve (each a revoked forest reserve area ) to become a protected area. (2) Each revoked forest reserve area is dedicated as a protected area, or part of a protected area, under part 3. Part 2 Amendment of Nature Conservation (Forest Reserves) Regulation 2000 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Nature Conservation (Forest Reserves)Regulation 2000. 4 Amendment of schedule (Forest reserves) Schedule, entries for Boompa Forest Reserve 3, Gigoomgan Forest Reserve, Grongah Forest Reserve, Kilkivan Forest Reserve, Marodian Forest Reserve, Teebar Forest Reserve 1 and Teebar Forest Reserve 2— omit.

s5 3 s7 Nature Conservation Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2007 No. 204, 2007 Part 3 Amendment of Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994 5 Regulation amended in pt 3 This part amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Areas) Regulation 1994. 6 Amendment of sch 2 (National parks) Schedule 2— insert— ‘Grongah National Park Lot 52 on plan NPW773 situated in the counties of Lennox and Mackenzie, containing an area of about 22900ha Mudlo National Park Lot 168 on plan NPW764 situated in the County of Lennox, containing an area of about 2192ha’. Part 4 Expiry 7 Expiry This regulation expires at the beginning of the day after it commences.
