s1 2 s4 Nature Conservation Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 No. 50, 2006 Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Purpose of regulation (1) The purpose of this regulation is to revoke the dedication of the whole of the forest reserves mentioned in section 4(1) and a part of each forest reserve mentioned in section 4(2) to (4) to allow the forest reserve or part (each a revoked forest reserve area ) to become a protected area. (2) Each revoked forest reserve area is dedicated as a protected area, or part of a protected area, under part 3. Part 2 Amendment of Nature Conservation (Forest Reserves) Regulation 2000 3 Regulation amended in pt 2 This part amends the Nature Conservation (Forest Reserves)Regulation 2000. 4 Amendment of schedule (Forest reserves) (1) Schedule, entries for Ban Ban Forest Reserve, Benarkin Forest Reserve, Bingera Forest Reserve, Boompa Forest Reserve 1, Boompa Forest Reserve 2, Calliope Forest Reserve, Cherbourg Forest Reserve, Crohamhurst Forest Reserve, Nangur Forest Reserve, Polmaily Forest Reserve 1, Wietalba Forest Reserve, Woocoo Forest Reserve, Woowoonga Forest Reserve and Woroon Forest Reserve— omit.
