This notice may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Duck and Quail Harvest Period) Amendment Notice (No. 1) 1996 . ˙ Notice amended 2. This notice amends the Nature Conservation (Duck and Quail Harvest Period) Notice 1996 . ˙ Amendment of s 2 (Harvest period for ducks) 3. Section 2(3)— omit, insert — ‘ (3) A person must not— (a) take more than 12 ducks (regardless of species) in a period of 24 hours; or (b) have in possession at a place, other than the person’s usual place of residence, more than 30 ducks (regardless of species).’.
