Part 2 Amendment of Nature Conservation (Koala) Conservation Plan 2006 2 Plan amended in pt 2 This part amends the Nature Conservation (Koala) Conservation Plan 2006. 3 Amendment of s 8 (Criteria applying to koala habitat areas) Section 8(2), note, paragraphs (a) and (b)— omit, insert— ‘ (a) on the department’s website at < and (b) during office hours on business days at the department’s central office at 160 Ann Street, Brisbane, or any of the department’s regional offices.’.

s4 3 s5 Nature Conservation (Conservation Plans) Amendment Conservation Plan (No. 1) 2007 No. 253, 2007 Part 3 Amendment of Nature Conservation (Protected Plants) Conservation Plan 2000 4 Plan amended in pt 3 This part amends the Nature Conservation (Protected Plants) Conservation Plan 2000. 5 Amendment of s 54 (Records to be kept) (1) Section 54, heading— omit, insert— ‘ Keeping records ’. (2) Section 54(1) from ‘in’— omit, insert— ‘in— (a) a record and return book supplied by the chief executive for the licence; or (b) an electronic record system approved by the chief executive for the licence.’. (3) Section 54(2), ‘record book’— omit, insert— ‘book or electronic record system’ . (4) Section 54(3) and (4), ‘record’— omit.

(2) Section 10— insert— ‘(2) In this section— commercial whale watching program means a business operation involving carrying people in a boat or aircraft to watch whales.’.
