(2) In this section— relevant national park means a national park, other than— (a) a special management area (scientific) under the Nature Conservation Act 1992 ; or (b) a special management area (controlled action) to allow activities of the type, or for the purpose, stated in section 17(1A)(a)(i) of the Nature Conservation Act 1992 . 2014 SL No. 35 Page 63
