Nature Conservation and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2014 [s 1] 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation and Other Legislation Amendment (Postponement) Regulation 2014 . 2 Postponing automatic commencement (1) The period before automatic commencement of the uncommenced provisions of the NatureConservationandOther Legislation Amendment Act (No. 2) 2013 is extended to the end of 6 November 2015. Editor’s note — The provisions now automatically commence on 7 November 2015. (2) In this section— automatic commencement means commencement under the Acts Interpretation Act 1954 , section 15DA(2). 3 Expiry This regulation expires on 8 November 2015.
