This regulation commences on 25 November 1996. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Nature Conservation Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Applications) 4.(1) Section 4(1), ‘prescribed’— omit, insert— ‘licence’.
