s1 2 s3 Nature Conservation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) No. 36, 2001 2001 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2001 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the NatureConservation Regulation 1994 . 3 Amendment of sch 2A (Permitted uses in national parks) Schedule 2A— insert— ‘3 Goold Island National Park ‘ (1) The construction, use and maintenance of approved facilities for use in the operation of a radio repeater, seaphone repeater and radio link are permitted uses for Goold Island National Park. ‘ (2) In this section— “approved facilities” means a communications tower and supporting structures on an area of 6 m diameter, located at the point 18.1607525 south and 146.1665211 east.’.
