An Ordinance to amend the Nature Conservation Ordinance 1980

Short title

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Amendment) Ordinance 1983..'

Commencement

2. This Ordinance shall come into operation on 1 October 1983.

Principal Ordinance

Conservation Ordinance 1980.2 3. In this Ordinance, "Principal Ordinance" means the Nature

Grant of licence

4. Section 63 of the Principal Ordinance is amended by omitting from sub-section (1) "prescribed fee" and substituting "fee determined pursuant to section 83A for the purposes of this section.".

5. After section 83 of the Principal Ordinance the following section is

Nature Conservation (Amendment) No. 43, 1983 157

Power of Minister to determine fees

"83A. The Minister may, by notice in writing published in the Gazette,

determine fees for the purposes of this Ordinance.".
