s1 2 s4 Nature Conservation (Administration) Amendment No. 252, 2006 Regulation (No. 1) 2006 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Nature Conservation (Administration) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2006 . 2 Regulation amended This regulation amends the NatureConservation(Administration) Regulation 2006. 3 Amendment of sch 2 (Matters for deciding whether person is a suitable person for relevant authority) Schedule 2, section 4(2), ‘wildlife authority’— omit, insert — ‘protected area authority’. 4 Amendment of sch 7 (Dictionary) (1) Schedule 7, definition type A restricted plant , paragraphs (d), (e), (f), (g) and (h)— renumber as paragraphs (e), (f), (h), (i) and (j). (2) Schedule 7, definition type A restricted plant — insert— ‘ (d) after 31 December 2006—a plant of the genus Brachychiton ; (g) after 31 December 2006—a plant of the genus Livistona ;’.
