REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONALITY ACT 1920-1936.*
I,
THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the
advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation
under the

Amendments of the Naturalization Regulations.
The Second Schedule to the Naturalization Regulations is amended—
(
a ) by inserting after the second item the following item:—“For the grant of a certificate of naturalization to a person who is serving, or has served, as a member of the Naval, Military or Air Forces of the Commonwealth (otherwise than as a member of a labour corps) in the war which commenced on the third day of September, 1939, and who has a good record of service........................................... No fee”;
(
b ) by inserting after the fifth item the following item:—“For a certified copy of a declaration under sub-section (5.) of section 18 of the Act by the wife of a person who has been granted a certificate of naturalization for which no fee is prescribed No fee”;
and
(
c ) by inserting in the sixth item, after the word “naturalization” the words “in any other case”.
