REGULATIONS UNDER THE NATIONALITY ACT 1920-1946.*

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Nationality Act 1920-1946.

Amendments ofthe Naturalization Regulations. 

Form of declaration of acquisition of British nationality.

1. Regulation 14 of the Naturalization Regulations is amended by adding at the end thereof the words “or Form HA as the case requires”.

First Schedule.

2. The First Schedule to the Naturalization Regulations is amended by inserting after Form H the following form :—

“Commonwealth of Australia.

Nationality Act 1920-1946.

DECLARATION OF ACQUISITION OF BRITISH NATIONALITY IN AUSTRALIA AND TERRITORIES.

Form HA.

Sec. 18 (5.)

Reg. 14a.

I, of , being the wife of  to whom Certificate of Naturalization (No. ) was granted on or about , hereby declare that I desire to acquire British nationality whilst in Australia, the Territory of New Guinea and any other Territory of the Commonwealth.
