AN ACT for the Naturalization of certain persons Natives

of Germany. 1

W H E R E A S certain persons natives of Germany whore names are

hereinafter mentioned having applied by petition to the Governor

to be admitted to the righta and privileges of British subject.: And for the

encouragement of agriculture and in consequence of their good conduct and

observnncz of the laws during their residence in this Province an Act for

their Naturalization wae passed by the Governor in Council on (he 11th day

of February 1840: And whereas the mid Act bein informal without the

previoua sanction of the C m ~ n	Her Majesty hw Leeon plewd to authorhe
the re-enactment of the same
