An Act to amend the Laws relating to the Naturalisation

of Aliens.

E it Ehacted by the Governor of the Province of South Aus- and House of Assembly of the said province, in this present Par-

B tralia, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council liament assembled, as follows:

1. This Act may be cited as ' L The Naturalisation Act, 1895," shorttitlead

and shall be incorporated with the " Aliens Act, 1864." incorpomtion.

2, Section 16 of the "Aliens Act, 1864," and the whole of Act No.	Repeal of em. 16 of
snd A C ~ NO. A C ~ NO. 6 of 6 1864 of

5 of 1872 are hereby repealed.

3. No fee shall hereafter be charged in respect of any proceedings NO f ~ s t~ be ohargsd;

in relation of	the naturalisation of	any alien.	for obtaining naturali-
sation.

4, The declaration and oath required by section 13 of the Declaration a d oath required by seation X8

principal Act may be taken and subscribed before any Justice of,	M, M	,
the Peace, and such declaration and oath may be forwarded with a J d m
the origin& letters of naturalisation and the copy thereof to the. Registrar-General, who shall thereupon make the indorsements required by the mid section in the same manner as if the declaration and oath had been taken and subscribed before h.
