Amendment (Rural Environmental

Services) Act 1999 No 96—
Proclamation

GORDON SAMUELS, Governor I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Natural Resources Legislation Amendment (Rural Environmental Services) Act 1999, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint:

(a)	1 January 2000 as the day on which that Act (except Schedule 1) commences, and
(b)	1 July 2000 as the day on which Schedule 1 to that Act commences.
