Part 1    Preliminary

1   Short title

This regulation may be cited as the Natural Resources and Mines Legislation (Priority Notice Fee) Amendment Regulation 2017.

2   Commencement

This regulation commences immediately after the commencement of the Land and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2017, section 39.

Part 2    Amendment of Land Title Regulation 2015

3   Regulation amended

This part amends the Land Title Regulation 2015.

4   Amendment of sch 2 (Fees)

Schedule 2, item 5—
omit, insert—

5	Withdrawing a settlement notice (Act, repealed s 142)	34.00
5A	Depositing, extending or withdrawing a priority notice (Act, ss 139, 141 and 143)	34.00

5   Amendment of sch 3 (Dictionary)

Schedule 3—
insert—

Act, repealed s 142 means section 142 of the Act as in force immediately before the commencement of the Land and Other Legislation Amendment Act 2017, section 39.

Part 3    Amendment of Water Regulation 2016

6   Regulation amended

This part amends the Water Regulation 2016.

7   Amendment of sch 12 (Fees)

Schedule 12, item 12—
omit, insert—
