Natural Resources and Mines Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 Part 1 Preliminary [s 1] Part 1 Preliminary 1 Short title This regulation may be cited as the Natural Resources and Mines Legislation Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 2012 . 2 Commencement (1) The following provisions commence on 23 July 2012— (a) parts 4, 5 and 7; (b) sections 17, 18 and 20 to 24; (c) sections 30 and 32 to 35; (d) section 36, other than section 36(3) and (5); (e) sections 38 and 40. (2) The following provisions commence on 1 August 2012— (a) parts 2, 3 and 6; (b) sections 25 to 29; (c) parts 17 to 22. (3) The remaining provisions commence on 1 September 2012.
