Natural Gas Authority Regulations 1995

under the Natural Gas Authority Act 1967

1Short title

These regulations may be cited as the Natural Gas Authority Regulations 1995.

3Interpretation

In these regulations, unless the contrary intention appears—

the Act means the Natural Gas Authority Act 1967.

4Form of pipeline lease

For the purposes of section 38 of the Act, the form set out in the Schedule is the prescribed form for a pipeline lease.
