AN ACT to amend the Natives (Citizenship Rights)
Act, 1944-1951.
[Assented to 23rd December, 1958.]
BE it enacted by the Queen's Most Excellent Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of
the Legislative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
Short title
| and citation. | 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Natives |
(Citizenship Rights) Act Amendment Act, 1958.

2. This Act shall come into operation on a day Zrence-
to be fixed by proclamation.
3. Section four of the principal Act is amended— amended.

| (c) | stating the full names, sex and date of birth of all children under the age of twenty-one years. |
4. Section five of the principal Act is amended- a ended.

5. Section six of the principal Act is amended— amended.

| (d) | by substituting for the word, "of" in line seven, the passage, "as a person who is of the same age as the holder or, as the case may be, as the child, and who is"; and |
(e) by deleting the proviso.

by deleting the passage, "or complaint dismissed,"
in line four.
