This regulation may be cited as the Native Title (Queensland) Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the NativeTitle(Queensland)Regulation1996 . ˙ Replacement of s 2 (State Compulsory Acquisition Act) 3. Section 2— omit, insert — ˙ ‘ State Compulsory Acquisition Acts ‘ 2. The following Acts are prescribed for the definition “State Compulsory Acquisition Act” in section 4 of the Act— • Electricity Act 1994 • Transport (Gladstone East End to Harbour Corridor) Act 1996 • Transport Planning and Coordination Act 1994 .’.
