This Determination is the Native Title (Notices) Amendment Determination 2010 (No. 1).
Commencement
This Determination commences on the commencement of the Native Title Amendment Act (No. 1) 2010.
Amendment of Native Title (Notices) Determination 1998
Schedule 1 amends the Native Title (Notices) Determination 1998.
Schedule 1 Amendments
(section 3)
[1] After paragraph 8 (1) (f)
insert
(fa) paragraph 24JAA (10) (a) (public housing etc);
[2] After subsection 8 (3)
insert
(4) Notice under a provision mentioned in paragraph (1) (fa) must include:
(a) a clear description of the area to which the act or acts mentioned in the notice relates; and
(b) a description of the general nature of the act or acts; and
(c) the name and postal address of the person to whom comment, or requests to be consulted, must be given.
