NATIVE TITLE (NEW SOUTH WALES) AMENDMENT ACT

1998-PROCLAMATION

(L.S.) GORDON SAMUELS, Governor.

I, the Honourable Gordon Samuels AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Native Title (New South Wales) Amendment Act 1998, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 30 September 1998 as the day on which that Act commences, except:

(a) Schedule 5 [1] and [4], and

(b)

so much of Schedule 5 [13] as inserts clause 62 into Schedule 6 to the Mining Act 1992, and

(c) Schedule 6 [1], [4] and [9].
