1Name of Regulations

These Regulations are the Native Title (National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land Fund) Repeal Regulations 2005.

2Commencement

These Regulations commence on the day after they are registered.

3Native Title (National Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Land Fund) Regulations — repeal

Statutory Rules 1994 No. 239 is repealed.
