Native Title Amendment (Technical Amendments) Act 2007

I, PHILIP MICHAEL JEFFERY, Governor‑General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council and under item 2 of the table in subsection 2 (1) of the Native Title Amendment (Technical Amendments) Act 2007, fix 1 September 2007 as the day on which items 1 to 83 of Schedule 1 to that Act commence.
