AN ACT to protect the Native Flora of

Act and all penalties, fines, and forfeitures imposed by or under the -provisions of this Act may be heard, determined, recovered, and enforced in a summary way in the mode prescribed by the Justices Act, 1902, the provisions of which Act shall apply.
